Charged for work not done I scheduled for a simple oil change for about $47.95. When the work was done, I noticed what actually was done is 5000 miles interval service for a ch I scheduled for a simple oil change for about $47.95. When the work was done, I noticed what actually was done is 5000 miles interval service for a charge of $57.95. The extra $10 was for the rotation of tires. I did not order the tire rotation because I just had the tires rotated at Costco. Realizing the extra service and charge, as a long time customer I tried to be accommodating and told the salesperson that it is OK probably because I did not communicate it very clearly. However, later to my surprise I noticed the tires were not rotated at all! I knew that because only the RR tire is almost brand new while other three tires are mostly worn out. Even the dealer's report indicates that only the RR tire is in excellent condition. Charging for work not done is disturbing. More

WAS NOT IMPRESSED OR SATISFIED I have brought my FJ for service here a couple of times now, and this visit did not impress me. Due to lack of follow thru on the part of the Service I have brought my FJ for service here a couple of times now, and this visit did not impress me. Due to lack of follow thru on the part of the Service dept....I had to bring my FJ back 2 more times. It took a lot of time out of my schedule, and although I very much appreciated the rental car...I still would like to know that the mechanic shop will improve off of this experience and do a better job at following thru before releasing a customers vehicle to make sure everything is working properly and all switches are working. im hoping my next visit will go much better, otherwise, honestly, I will go to Wilsonville Toyota.
