It was ok I made an appointment for an oil change on my Tundra, when I arrived I was told that it would be about two hours before they would be done. The reason I made an appointment for an oil change on my Tundra, when I arrived I was told that it would be about two hours before they would be done. The reason for that was " there were so many walk-in customers that it pushed back the service department". Two and half hours later I had to call the service dept. and see if my truck was ready, it was. Just seems like a long time for an oil change and so why make an appointment? More

And we bought several cars at this dealership long ago. It was worth the drive to get the honesty and dedication this dealership has always provided. I was the vice chair for the neighborhood association when the plans came through for the remodel of the place. I was absolutely excited at the new LEED building. When I found the vehicle I wanted at the great price I went online and got pre-approval through a lender I trust. I sent a message to the dealership and heard back from Peter super fast letting me know the details on the Scion and make arrangements for me to come and test drive it. I got to the dealership late but he stayed and I was there for a total of like two hours total - that is with test drive, approval, having the car washed again, signing everything and driving off. They were even able to get me a better deal than my pre-approval! He also noticed my car was missing floor mats and a bunch of little things I would not even notice. More
