Door needed repair Wow. I pulled in for my scheduled appointment. I was greeted quickly and was sent to Brian. He had my information ready, arranged for transportation Wow. This is what true Customer Service should be. I was able to set up my appointment on line and enter additional information and concerns regarding what I wanted addressed in my service. As soon as I was able to set up my appointment on line and enter additional information and concerns regarding what I wanted addressed in my service. As soon as I entered the garage, the staff was quick to get me matched up with the person who would be handling my service. The staff reviewed my requested service and also noted an additional request I had. They provided me an estimated time when the work would be completed. They dropped my off at my job nearby. Shortly there after they identified additional maintenance that should be addressed. They informed me and I approved the work. They did the addition service and still had my car ready for me on time. They picked me up from work and gave me a free car wash. I work in Service, so expect a great deal. I wasn't disappointed. More

Took advantage of an old lady with Alzheimer's! Please do not buy your automobile from this dealership. They took advantage of my grandmother who has Alzheimer's and sold her a car for over $15K. When we found out and tried to return it they only offered us $8k for it. The sales staff at this dealership do not care about their customer's and only care about themselves, even at the expense of a poor old lady who didn't know what she was doing. More

I was more than willing to pay whatever it took to get a second key, as I had been losing sleep worrying about accidently locking myself out. Nick went above and beyond, not only ensuring my service visit went quickly but also helping me obtain a second key. Then, knowing I had struggled with this issue in the past- even got the fee for the key waived for me! Thanks Nick! More
