The selection, particularly including the auxiliary lot down the road was very good. I knew what I wanted, and several were available. MJ Khalaf was not my salesperson, but he took some time going over the the truck with me when I was doing the post purchase inspection. The staff seemed very willing to jump in and help your new salesperson. The bad: I was pre approved by a local CU and they told me to use the CUDDL program at the dealership. I thought the paperwork process would be a lot quicker, but it wasn't. I filled out the application on the tablet but it got lost in cyberspace, so I had to do a paper version. This took time. Tyler Nelson and George Lyons were both helping to train Teresa. So twice I had to turn down the added fees for Datadot and the extended coverage. This took time Teresa Ford was nice, and I recognize she is a new employee still in training, but she did misspell my name on several occasions/documents. This took time The Ugly: I was at the dealership an hour checking out trucks and was never approached by a salesperson. I walked by your salesman Mr. Richard Kim several times, no greeting, no asking if I had a question, no asking if I'd like to take a test drive. I saw several sales people without customers ad none acknowledged me. I will give Aleksey Krukovskiy credit for engaging me as I walking to my car to leave the dealership. More

However, Jorden was upfront with the options and trade-offs without applying pressure to make a decision. He answered all the questions he knew and consulted the ones he did not know. My wife and I were empowered with the right information to make our choices and in the end left with the positive feeling that we bought the car we needed with the options we wanted. well done ! More

Not too good to be true Yes, they lured me in with the Clear program. I thought, there is no way they can take my 2013 Toyota Corolla SE and put me in a 2017 Toyota Coroll Yes, they lured me in with the Clear program. I thought, there is no way they can take my 2013 Toyota Corolla SE and put me in a 2017 Toyota Corolla XSE for the same or less payments...they did..I went from $292/mo to $290/mo. True, less than $2, but they did what they said they would do and I am I am now in my 5th Toyota. Always pleased with their service. More
Did not back our agreement We bought a used certified car from this dealership. The initial buying was very smooth and fast. Tony was very friendly. However we found that the ca We bought a used certified car from this dealership. The initial buying was very smooth and fast. Tony was very friendly. However we found that the car had a small dent and the tail light had moisture in the lens (interesting that their certified vehicle had a dent and leaking tail light). They had the car looked at and agreed to fix the dent and replace the lens. We agree to buy the car if these were fixed and shook on it. Then schedule the repair but when I brought the car back in a week later. They refuse to repair the dent (said it was too costly to repair) and the lens is not covered by warranty. SO THEY LIED! It was very upsetting. The next day I went back and talked to a customer relations manager and explain my issues and she had me bring the car back I in the next day. By the end of the day they agreed to fix the dent but not lens. I even offered to replace the lens myself if they would just give me the part. They refused, I should have got the agreement it in writing but I did not so I am burned. I have reported this to Toyota corporate but don’t expect any resolve. Too bad I really like Toyota’s. More
KEVIN HAINES IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST SALESMAN TO WORK WITH!! We have been loyal Toyota customers for a little over a year now. Kevin has been and will always be the guy we work with. He helped us get into a 2015 We have been loyal Toyota customers for a little over a year now. Kevin has been and will always be the guy we work with. He helped us get into a 2015 Scion XB and 2016 Toyota Corolla last October. Then, our family of 4 got news that we're increasing by one, and we decided we needed to upgrade to a bigger vehicle. We talked to Kevin, a couple months back, about our intent to trade in one of our vehicles, and he advised us of our best possible options (wait a little longer since we just got into both cars). Today, we are proud owners of a new 2016 Toyota Tundra, and both my wife and I couldn't be more thrilled. We discussed with Kevin what we wanted to stay under, as far as monthly payments, and with our not so perfect credit, I was surprised at how fast he made it happen. His awesome customer service, and no pressure attitude made this entire car shopping process a smooth and pleasant one. We were referred to Kevin by family members, and now we will refer him to everyone else. Thank you, Kevin, from the bottom of our hearts. You have loyal customers for life! More
