No air bags I got up early to come in for a 7am appointment. At 7:30 my representative told me my part was not here but on national backorder and earliest relea I got up early to come in for a 7am appointment. At 7:30 my representative told me my part was not here but on national backorder and earliest release would be Dec. 15. I now drive until then without airbags. Second vehicle this year, another excellent experience After getting a new prius at Beaverton Toyota in February, I checked out some vehicles at other Toyota dealerships and was let down by the difference. I returned to Beaverton to get a 4 runner and the experience was smooth as could be, people were great and we actually stayed much longer than we needed to just hanging out with David who helped us because it was a pleasure to be there with him. We were undecided on a vehicle and we're looking at several models to consider. David was so patient and helpful through our decision process. More

He showed us all of the available models of the RAV4 Hybrid, and looked up small details whenever we requested more information. We took a test drive, and ultimately considered two models. Greg parked both vehicles next to each other for us so we could get a side-by-side comparison, which was really helpful in making the final decision. We are now the proud owners of a silver RAV4 SE Hybrid! More

Adam Kadri greeted me at the door and very clearly articulated several options based on my specific needs. Adam was very warm and attentive throughout the evening and helped me try my hands on several vehicles until I felt comfortable to go with the one I wanted. Both he and his manager James were very clear and upfront at all times. They were also very flexible when I had some issues with my bank and the down payment got delayed by a week. I got a very genuine vibe from this place and would definitely recommend this to others. More
