Very pleased with prices and Muhammads service After doing a lot of research online and visiting another Toyota dealership, my family and I were pleased to meet Muhammad this at Beaverton Toyota th After doing a lot of research online and visiting another Toyota dealership, my family and I were pleased to meet Muhammad this at Beaverton Toyota this past weekend. Wilsonville Toyota had a more limited selection of vehicles and higher prices. I was also surprised to see the sales associates usIng their cell phones to look up answers to the questions I was asking. From the minute we met Muhammad he was helpful, quick and expert. We showed up on Saturday and came back Sunday to buy a highlander. He had the car we wanted waiting for us in the primary lot and continued to helpfully answer our questions. I can't say enough about him. I think he was the best new car sales rep we've ever worked with. I also appreciate the lack of a handoff to the finance expert who inevitably ratchets up the pricing and extended warranty pressure. Muhammad could do all of that himself. Working with one person is very nice. I will say there was a clumsy handoff to the the sales or finance manager (biff) who handed me the final signed and countersigned paperwork. I encourage Beaverton Toyota to consider ways to omit this handoff as it happened literal minutes before I walked out with the new car. I wasn't interested in meeting someone new at fat point and it seemed to undermine Muhammad who did ALL the heavy lifting. More

Certified Toyota Camry purchase MJ was easy to work with. No pressure. Found a couple things wrong with the vehicle prior to purchase and the dealership stepped up to repair/replace MJ was easy to work with. No pressure. Nice not having to do the whole negotiation and bring in the closer type purchase process. Still took longer than I would have thought to do the paperwork, close to 2 hours. Review The website gave you an area to apply for financing and filled out all I needed...the idea was to help with the time spent filling out paperworks. I have received an email back from the dealership and was called to schedule an appointment. After the test drive, instead of checking my app I have already submitted, I was asked all the questions I had filled out on their website. Not, only was I getting frustrated having the sales person go check my application, but it has been about an hour and a half and just waiting for approval..finally after 2 and a half hours, I'm signing papers...no one wants to stay at a dealership for hours, and that's why I filled in the website financial app...maybe the sales person should of had looked at that prior to the scheduled time. More

Great staff By far the best selection of cars, so many people available to help, the free deli while you are shopping. Well worth the hour drive to get there.
