I had done a bit of the homework ahead of time and the information given by the sales representative was accurate for the most part. MJ helped me out through the whole process, starting from the test drive, car research, the actual purchase and paperwork. Jessica was also very helpful in coordinating everything. There is a spacious cafe and waiting area. What stands out with this dealership is that I was not pressurized in to making a choice and I was given time to consider all my options before deciding on the car. The other plus is they do not call you during the day, trying to convince you to buy a car. They use the 'CLEAR' process, which is something new and all about transparency. They have one sale price for a car which removes the negotiation out of the loop. The price is on their website (no need to call/request for an e-price). They do have some dealer extras added on like paint protection, theft equipment but we can decline them we are not interested in them. They do accept credit cards but from the information I got they can only accept a maximum of $1000 from a credit card. So even though i wanted to pay my down payment using a credit card, I had to pay it with a check. I worked with Hasan to buy this new car and he is knowledgeable about the features in the car. As there are no price gimmicks he had everything ready on his tablet and with few signatures we are done. More
