Fast, Easy and Flexible I was in a major hurry to look at a vehicle. Jeff, one of the sales associates took me right out to the car I was looking at and got us on the test d I was in a major hurry to look at a vehicle. Jeff, one of the sales associates took me right out to the car I was looking at and got us on the test drive within a minute of me walking into the showroom. He explained all the features as we were driving and had a tablet to look up more detailed questions I had on the vehicle. When we got back to the dealership, I told him I was ready to work on purchasing and he sat down with me and showed me some options. I wasn't interested in all the coverage and add-ons and he explained why he thought they were worth the price, but wasn't pushy when I declined them after his explanation. He brought in a senior salesman to go over everything with me, and detailed 5 different finance options. In the middle of the deal, I received a call from my wife asking me to return home. I told them, that I had to leave and they sped up the process and even delivered to car to my house later on that evening. Overall it was great experience. I am used to dealerships making you wait forever and using all types of aggressive sales tactics, but these guys did not. Also, every person I encountered there was very friendly and accommodating. They all worked together seamlessly to process the deal. More

Best first time buyer experience My daily driver finally gave up on me. So I wasn't exactly happy about having to buy a car but it needed to be done. Since my car isn't working and I couldn't get a ride I submitting my credit application online to Beaverton Toyota and Scott Murphy called me right away. I explained my situation and he scheduled for me to be picked up at my home. Kevin Haines my sales person came to my home and picked me up. I explained my situation, told him my budget, and what type of cars I was looking at. He was very understanding and during the whole time he showed me only what I wanted to see and answered all my odd questions. He went above and beyond to help me stay within my set budget and worked with me from 3pm to 9pm. Which yes I know sounds like a long time but it was my first time buying a car and I wanted to test drive between 3 different models and make sure I felt comfortable in what I was buying. He was very patient with me and at no point was he pressuring me to buy a vehicle. He understood that I was not happy about buying a new car and knew how attached I was to my old car. Once we found the car that I fell in love with the paper work and numbers started. The first offer I got was way out of my budget so Kevin worked his magic and got me right at my budget. He was very understanding and honestly for being my first time going to a dealership and buying a car this was a great experience. I highly recommend going to Kevin Haines if you want an amazing car buying experience that's doesn't feel pressured or rushed. More

First service on new vehicle review: The personnel is professional and the atmosphere is great. The only thing that I have an issue with is the technician(s) that worked on my vehicle sho The personnel is professional and the atmosphere is great. The only thing that I have an issue with is the technician(s) that worked on my vehicle should wipe down the front portion of the hood. Upon completion of the service there were oil smudges, finger prints in front of the hood where it closes. Recommend to the tech(s) that work on my vehicle. When you're finish with any vehicle and see any oil smudges in front to the hood. Please wipe it down and take pride of your work. Another thing that this dealership should do is that after any services that is done to the vehicle. The vehicle should have a complimentary car wash. This would be an excellent addition to your services. Regardless if it's raining or not. With that being said, this review would've been a 5 star review but, only if they cared about the appearance of their work afterward. The service is great don't get me wrong but, please take pride of what you do..... More
