Substandard I made an appointment for 1:20pm. My car was "ready" by 3pm, however the service was not completed. They said that "they didnt have time to change the I made an appointment for 1:20pm. However they forgot about me in the lobby until 3:45 before I got up to inquire about my car. The attendant that checked me out did not say one word to me. Not a "hello" or "how are you doing". I paid what I owed then had to look for the attendant to be given my keys to find out she'd "misplaced my car". After another 5 minutes or so, the attendant pointed out my car to me. I proceeded to tell her to walk me to my car so that I could inspect it in front of her should there be damages. I left feeling disatified with the service I did not received. I now have to take time off of work to take the car back to finish the service. This was the second time getting my service done at Beaverton Toyota. This has never happened before when I have taken my car into Royal Moore Toyota. Needless to say that I will be going into Royal Moore Toyota for my next service. More

Took too long -5,000 mile service and recall work They said the work would take about 4 hours. They would call me when it was done. After 6 hours I called. It took forever to get to the "service advisor's" phone to leave a message. He called back, and amazingly the car had just got finished, the paper work just got to his desk. More

I feel, however, BT's prices have skyrocketed with the upgrades they've made to Great service provided by my wonderful service advisor, Greg Hoffman! I feel, however, BT's prices have skyrocketed with the upgrades they've made to their dealership. I understand certain costs must naturally increase over time but I feel like I'm directly paying for their upgrade. In addition, the free car loaner that used to accompany a service visit now has a price tag attached to it--another downside to the upgrade. To keep costs competitive with other service providers, BT needs to lower their costs and up their customer service game! More
