Horrible Staff The service customer service manager was an absolute rude and arrogant. Poor service. Good selection of vehicles Arrived on lot to look at selection of their used Camrys. We were met quickly, and didn't have much of a chance to browse their selection on our own. Arrived on lot to look at selection of their used Camrys. We were met quickly, and didn't have much of a chance to browse their selection on our own. We told Muhammad our price range and he showed us what they had. When we selected a car, we were able to quickly take for a test drive. When it came to discussing the terms of the sale, we were told the price listed was non-negotiable, and then we had to pay an additional cost for Data Dots that was already added to the car that we were not told about prior. The price they charge for Data Dots is quite high compared to their actual cost, and should be built into the price listed on the car, or the choice should be given to the customer to pay to have it added later. When I told Muhammad I was employee of the credit union we were getting our financing through, I had to tell him multiple times on how to process the paperwork and he had to keep checking with his supervisor. Muhammad was very friendly, but at times it felt we were not listened to and the person he had shadowing him sat with us while we ate lunch which felt very awkward. More

I went in having done my research and had a clear idea of what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. Zack never put any pressure on me, followed my lead for what I was looking for, and answered all my questions in a friendly and professional way. The "clear" policy regarding pricing is refreshing and takes all the worry out of the need to negotiate and get the best deal, as the lowest price is displayed on every vehicle. I had a hard time making a decision regarding my trade-in, but Zack laid out several options and was extremely helpful throughput the process, giving me all the information to make an informed decision, and just generally going above and beyond. I'm very happy with my purchase and would absolutely recommend Zack and Beaverton Toyota to anyone! More

What they didn't tell me is that they charged each day for the loaner. I know there were days where they did no work, but were still charging me for the rental car. Why do they think they need to nickel and dime me? They already made plenty of money off of me. More
