Best car buying experience ever! On December 16th I found two similar used vehicles on CarGurus, both being sold by Beaverton Toyota. I sent an inquiry email which was answered promptly, and my family and I had a test drive scheduled for the next afternoon! Peter Fenton assisted us in comparing the vehicles. His exemplary customer service skills made the process so easy and smooth: he was able to answer all of our questions about the cars and about Beaverton Toyota, and offered helpful information and options we hadn't even thought about. All with no pressure! The 2008 Yaris we chose was in beautiful condition, at a good price, and Peter made sure we were comfortable with the manual transmission, taking the time to give us a quick lesson & brush-up! Everyone at Beaverton Toyota was so attentive and friendly during our visit. I've purchased a number of vehicles both new and used, and this was by far the most professional experience I've had. "It was a dream come true" I had been searching long and hard for a car, and this dealership was the only one to be able to help meet my needs. Muhammed was really helpful throu I had been searching long and hard for a car, and this dealership was the only one to be able to help meet my needs. Muhammed was really helpful through the entire process. He didn't pressure us, or push any sales on us. Instead he understood exactly what we were looking for and helped us find it. He sat us down, showed us the price and walked us through the process. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. His customer service was IMPECCABLE! We came back a second time and he remembered who we were by name. We then came back a third time, asking to see if he was there. He had left for the day but we were greeted by Joel, another great guy! Joel was friendly, and clear on the price. He didn't pressure us, or rush out the door (even though they were getting close to closing time). He made my boyfriend and I feel very comfortable and worked to get us the best rate. We ended up walking away that night with a great vehicle and Joel made sure we were all set up before we left the lot. It was GREAT customer service!
