He made the process of buying a car very enjoyable. While on the test drive, he explained the components of the vehicle very well. He made our decision between the Honda and the Toyota very easy for us to make. The closing of the deal was fast and efficient. We wanted some extras that would take a day or so to install on the new cqr. Mohammad called us and came in on his day off to go over every feature of the car before we took delivery. We would buy another car from this dealership when the time comes and would recommend it to our friends. More

About two weeks after I bought it, the battery suddenly died. Most dealerships might say "it's your car, your problem," but Beaverton Toyota treats its customers differently. Both Muhammad and Biff were very apologetic and helpful. They put a brand new battery in the car for free, washed it, put new floor mats in, and brought it to my house. Other than the battery mishap, the car runs perfectly. I know I can trust this dealership to take care of their customers, both during and after the sale. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. More

My service writer (Mike Taylor) was right there for me, so pleasant and patient. He explained everything including my wait time, which turned out to be far less than he estimated. I had a great place to sit while my car was being serviced with coffee and snacks if I wanted. Before I knew it there was Mike to tell me that my car was ready. He walked me to my car and took a few moments to chat with me. I felt like I was important, not just another customer in for a service visit. More

A few days later, after a trip to Seattle, it showed up again. They were perfectly willing to work me into the schedule w/out an appointment in advance, but due to the holiday rush, it would be a while. I decided to come back later; they topped it off again and sent me on my way. I made an appointment and dropped off the car. I had mistakenly assumed that I had purchased the tires at Beaverton Toyota (they've serviced my car since I purchased it there in 2010). Because of my long history w/ the company, they waived the fee to patch my tire and had me rolling in less than an hour. Kudos to Vernon for quick, thorough, and very courteous handling of my needs. Talked to Andrew about an intermittent problem with the radio not responding in cold weather... they found the problem and offered a replacement head unit. Have not received the new unit yet, but fingers crossed. I was impressed because this is a tough problem to replicate; Perhaps there's a TSB or similar internal communication on this piece of crap radio... to make it easier to swap out for them... but either way I'm happy they took the time and that we're on track to solving this annoying problem. This process should take seconds. 2) was told service would take 1 hour (10,000 mile checkup) so I arranged to have lunch with friends. After 1.5 hours I received a call that my battery was low. The advisor told me they would replace my battery as it was under warranty. 20 minutes later she came out and told me they had to charge my existing battery for an hour THEN test the battery again. **HAD THEY STARTED THAT PROCESS WHEN SHE CALLED ME THE FIRST TIME, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NEARLY COMPLETE!. 3) I complained to the advisor that I do not live nearby, that I had another appointment, and that all of this was very inconvenient and time consuming. She told me that I could have service done nearer my home if I wished. When I purchased the truck, I WAS TOLD I HAD TO HAVE SERVICE DONE AT BEAVERTON TOYOTA FOR 2 YEARS. ONLY BEAVERTON TOYOTA. She told me this was not true. Why are there so many people running around in the service department, and yet such poor service? Why do I feel like scheduling an appointment for service has no value? Why do I feel like the man who helped me buy my truck was misleading and incompetent? 1) truck delivered without floor mats. I had to ask 2) truck delivered without gas. I had to ask 3) Stated 2 year service agreement would only apply if service done at Beaverton Toyota. I was told by my advisor that THIS SIMPLY IS NOT TRUE. Service advisor was helpful. I felt like she got no support from the actual service department performing the service and also from the gentleman who sold me the truck, who lied to me according to her. More
