Disapponting experience corrected On the 23rd of December, I received a notice to as soon as possible make an appointment to install retention bar on my 2010 Prius. No one bother to call to let me know that my appointment had been cancelled because you didn't have the bracket. I stopped by on the 5th of January to see if I could have my windshield wipers replaced. I talked to Greg Hoffman to see when the part would be available. He went out of his way to make sure my situation was taken care of immediately. So, he gave my renewed confidence in Beaverton Toyota. More
