They have everything extremely organized so when you first pull up you are assigned a team color with a specific service member personally assigned to you. Such a great idea! I had Patrice, who was very nice, straightforward, and helpful. She said they would need half the day to finish my car (several things needed to be looked at) but it only took a few hours instead, which was great. She called me promptly twice to let me know exactly what was going on, both estimate wise and time wise. She was great, and their set up really makes you feel taken care of. Did I love the estimate for all the repairs I needed? Not so much. But that's because my car is an 05 that's never had work done. Patrice was honest and straightforward about what I should start with (brakes) when I want to move forward with repairs in the future. Overall excellent experience at Beaverton Toyota! More

Super smooth, low pressure, used car buying experience. Went to Beaverton Toyota today to look at an (awesome) GTI that I ended up purchasing. We worked with a gent named Kevin Haines and he was fantastic. Went to Beaverton Toyota today to look at an (awesome) GTI that I ended up purchasing. We worked with a gent named Kevin Haines and he was fantastic. Here's a quick breakdown of how it all went: -We called a head to confirm that the car was available. -Showed up at 2 PM. The car had been pulled forward and was waiting for us when we got there. I love that. -Met Kevin and we were in the car within 10 minutes to take a drive. -Kevin had a great route for us to take that gave me chance to feel the car in several different driving situations. -When we got back we decided to get the car. -Paperwork was a very smooth and fast process. Kevin would bring us each part of then paperwork process, in order, as it became available. Rather that waiting for 30-60 minutes to get a giant stack of paperwork to fill out we were brought each piece, one at a time, giving us time to talk through everything thoroughly. I can't tell you how much I appreciated this. -Once all of the paper work was complete, I was handed keys and escorted to my freshly washed new (used) car. It was spotless. So much attention to detail. -I drove off the lot happy at 4 PM. The whole process took about 2 hours. Not bad. Thanks Beaverton Toyota and thank Kevin. Couldn't be happier with our decision to work with you. We WILL be back. More
