maintenance records for oil pan reseal in 2010,13,14,17 Going over all maintenance records on 6/15/15 ( $694.98)and 8/14/15 ($670.03) I received the same service for valve cover gasket, dog bone motor mt. c Going over all maintenance records on 6/15/15 ( $694.98)and 8/14/15 ($670.03) I received the same service for valve cover gasket, dog bone motor mt. cracking and driver belt. It seems that Beaveton Toyota is not being honest regarding my oil pan or in this case a double charge for same service. I am beginning to question the service of repairs. The service representative is always friendly, however, I have talked frequently about this oil pan leak and going back to my records found the above. Very disappointing. More

Untitled I was very satisfied with the service that was provided when I brought my vehicle in for service. I have a 2000 Toyota Tacoma pick-up that needed to I was very satisfied with the service that was provided when I brought my vehicle in for service. I have a 2000 Toyota Tacoma pick-up that needed to have new door opening device on the inside of the car, and the rear window was not able to lock so I wanted that fixed. I also asked that my care be inspected for other areas of potential concern. Greg Hoffman was very friendly and helpful. He gave excellent service. I appreciated the shuttle service that brought me home while the car remained in the shop. Of course, it would have been nicer had I not needed to return later in the day to get the car ( the needed parts were not available when I arrived for my 8:00 a.m. appointment). But Greg was great. He did offer to schedule another service appointment but I declined. Steve Bailey More

Engine noise diagnosed as leaky exhaust manifold. Recommended to replace both manifolds for over $2,500.00. Surprise few days later noise came back same as before diagnosed as leaky exhaust manifold. Recommended to replace both manifolds for over $2,500.00. Surprise few days later noise came back same as before. Loud when starting cold especially in mornings. BT couldn't diagnose. After having car 7 days they decided to replace accessory drive belt. No noise first day starting engine. Still don't know if noise will return. Crazy.,my best guess is the exhaust manifolds were never the problem. Just wasted a lot of money!!!! More
