klaclair85- Thank you for taking the time to write this review. Unfortunately with batteries there are two different ways that they can go bad. The first way is a complete dead battery, not allowing the battery to work at all. The second way is the battery having a bad cell, where the battery basically shorts itself out. With having a bad cell sometimes the battery will work and sometimes it won't. It comes down to luck to catch it on a time that it won't start. We can't falsify a battery not working, especially with warranty work to Toyota. The battery is read with a machine and electronically submits data determining whether the battery is bad or not. We apologize that you had to bring the Highlander back twice for us to finally catch it to fail read but we are glad that we were able to replace it under warranty for you. We also are terribly sorry that the Highlander doesn't sound like the perfect vehicle for you. If you do decide to sell it, our Sales Department would be more than happy to assist you with anything you need. Thank you once again for taking the time to leave us your feedback.
