First sercice on Avalon Limited My only warranty issue was not resolved. My windshield wipers have an intermittent setting. The wipers will cycle once and never again. The manual says the limited has a rain sensor to operate the intermittent wipers. Technician 910 wrote that he could not diagnose complaint. I just drove the car in the rain and the intermittent wipers do not work. They need to be fixed. I only have 745 miles on the car. Service appt was set by salesperson when I purchase the new car. I ask if they would change the oil as this was the 5K mile check up. Jen McKee, the service adviser, spent 5 minutes telling me they would not change the oil with this low of millage regardless of time. . They changed the oil. I just found the sticker on the front window. The tire alignment guide at the front service bay door, said the tires needed to be aligned. The write up says the customer requested the service. I did not. The tires were aligned. Neither my service adviser or salesperson are listed in the list below. I just picked out a name. More

Ajay Coommber knows his stuff, and didn't try to rush us to a decision. He was truly pleasant to work with, genuine and authentic. 4. I am also pleased that the service department is open many days of the week, fitting our schedule as needed. More

Toyota apparently has an ridiculous testing process for batteries under warranty. I was told my battery was fine and I was angrily sent home knowing I would have to waist my time and come back in a few days with the same issue. Long story short, I came back two days later and after testing the battery several times it failed and was replaced. I don't like wasting my time or dragging my child to another vehicle appointment when it should of been replaced the first time. My suggestion to Toyota would be to change your ridiculous battery testing format for batteries under warranty. Not happy with the 2016 Highlander, crappy battery and crappy tires. Cheap made vehicle that I am probably going to sale. More

But my husband accidenly left the garmin in the center console and called dealer/saleman and never got a return call or anything..A loss I guess even thou it was only the next day!Seems when you buy nobody cares about the follow up later or consideration of returning calls. We worked online to pick out a few cars that we were interested in and picked a time to go. We got financing with Beaverton Toyota before we even stepped in. We worked with Parth, who was a gentle soul. The car we wanted was already in the process of being bought by another family, so Parth gave us some other options which actually worked out better for us. Everyone there was lovely. You could tell that everyone enjoyed working there and were happy with their jobs. They also gave us a really good price on our trade in! We are more than happy working with Beaverton Toyota and Parth. I didn't feel like we were being eaten in a shark tank! Just real people working with real people. They are friendly, courteous and all-around a good group of people. From their Service Department to their Sales Department, they have always showed the greatest respect, willingness to help with whatever my needs might be and have gone the "extra mile" to make sure that I have always gone away satisfied and happy. Andrew Hudson, Tony Hossini have always gone the extra mile for me. I would recommend them to anyone buying, selling, etc. a car. The Service Department is awesome as well. I never take my car anywhere else and trust their staff 100%. Thanks for making my buying experience a pleasant one. More

Great customer service I no longer dread having to take my car in for service. They are quick and efficient. The whole place has a good feeling. The waiting area is comfortable and expansive with room to set up a laptop and work. And when I come for my early morning appointments there are yummy crumb and cinnamon donut slices. AND I get a free car wash. Excellent. More
