Excellent Service Experience with Serv. Advisor Rob Simchen I recently took my 2008 Rav 4 to the Beaverton Toyota Dealership for a standard 5000 mile servicing(oil change, vehicle inspection, etc.). What a plea I recently took my 2008 Rav 4 to the Beaverton Toyota Dealership for a standard 5000 mile servicing(oil change, vehicle inspection, etc.). What a pleasant and welcome experience! While I found all the staff to be friendly and courteous, it was my Service Advisor Rob Simchen who made my visit truly exceptional. As I drove into the Service Center to check in, I could tell immediately that the place was extremely busy(this was right after our recent snow and ice storms) and I was expecting delays and a long wait. But Rob met me at my vehicle right away with a genuinely warm welcome and a big smile. He was very efficient and professional during the check-in, taking the time to answer all my questions and offering to schedule future appts for all my Toyota vehicles, not just the Rav 4. He acknowledged how busy they were and, truthfully, admitted that it might take more time than normal, but promised to would keep me updated on progress. And he did!! His honesty and follow through on promises were very much appreciated. After the servicing was finished he personally ran thru the heavy rain to pick up my vehicle and drive it to customer lounge exit door for my convenience(quite thoughtful, and much appreciated, since I am lame and must use a cane). I found Rob's high level of professionalism, customer friendly focus, and honest, caring attitude as my Service Advisor truly exceptional & refreshing. I believe Rob to be a great and positive reflection on Beaverton Toyota Service Department, and a wonderful representative of Beaverton Toyota's new Clear and Transparent Program!! I plan on requesting Rob as my Service Advisor for all my future servicing needs. More

Over the years they have taken good care of my Toyota FJ and I feel that the prices for service have been reasonable. More
