Upon arrival, we were introduced to Chase Manary, who provided us with skilled and friendly help by listening carefully to what we were looking for, surveying the inventory with us, and matching up our preferences with a vehicle that was a perfect choice in the test drive. We were impressed by Chase's knowledge of Toyota vehicles and inventory, and his care to provide us a welcome from the start of the process to the finish. He was generous with his time and sincerely interested in providing us with the best experience to select a car at the dealership. The review of car purchase and paperwork was transparent, as Chase went over everything thoroughly and there was no rush and no pressure. Prior to driving away in my new car, Chase set up the bluetooth system and explained all the dashboard controls and options to me. When I left everything was set up, saving me a lot of time with the manuals. The facility is spacious and well designed and looked comfortable for people there for repair work as well as sales. The inventory offered lots of options. The system at this dealership of having one person help customers from start to finish is especially good for continuity of the process of buying a car. The "clear" system at the dealership that Chase explained eliminated the stress of negotiation, and the staff who completed the paperwork were very efficient. I appreciated that Manager Selso Olivas welcomed us at the outset and thanked us for our business when we were ready to drive away with our new car. Thank you to the entire staff for excellent work in taking in my old car and handling all of the details of our purchase. I left confident with my choice and am delighted with my new car. More

Great Buying Experience My husband and I purchased 2 cars on the same day - one from Beaverton Toyota, and one from another local dealership. The other dealership included being stuck in a small cramped room while our salesperson filled out paperwork by hand, just to then deliver it to someone else in an unseen room to put into a computer. It involved back and forth question and answer periods, the full haggle process where we, as non-professionals, are constantly wondering if we are getting a good deal or not, and constantly trying to sell us on other things, including a pitch to change insurance companies. Beaverton Toyota, on the other hand, was much more pleasant. The large room we were in was comfortable and airy. They even offered complimentary pastries from a little café. The majority of the application process was completed on a tablet, which seemed much faster and convenient. The no-haggle price was perfect for us, and the automatic ability to show us what leasing versus buying options looked like was exactly where we wanted the conversation to start. Ajay himself was very knowledgeable through both the exploratory stage, as well as the actual day of purchase. We are very happy we went with Beaverton Toyota! More

Great financing..Very very slow I worked with kayleen as well. She was nice but very slow even for a new person. (I still have her good stars because I know she is learning and might be quicker in the future). I did my loan application online the night before to speed things along, they knew and still took forever starting to process it the next day. They said it was a weekend so there were busy, but if that's the case, they need more staff. My process took the entire Saturday. Financing was amazing. I'm very grateful. They say they clean the cars but it's not a good job. After pointing it out, I still found dirt and spots when I got home. You would think spending $20,000 and up would Be worth a good cleaning and attention to detail. In general, im happy (due to the financing) but wish the process wasn't so slow. Also, then washing to go over everything on iPad instead of a regular computer or even paper (so you physically have it in front of you) slowed everything down. I would go back again Because I had a good experience, hoping for a quicker process. More
