I drove 12 hours to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I have not done business with this dealership before, and I was impressed. Paul was friendly, courteous, and always very communicative. Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. They made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them and even worse with any questions I had. I was saddened to give up my 2014 Prius but was able to buy a 2015 with the assistance of Adam & his expertise; personable, professional, Adam Kadri! I have been a customer of Beaverton Toyota for over 20 years, and have spent many thousands of dollars there on service for my Toyota. Recently, I had a very minor issue with them that I suggested could years, and have spent many thousands of dollars there on service for my Toyota. Recently, I had a very minor issue with them that I suggested could be addressed by a paltry $18 service credit. I would have taken even less. It took me weeks to get a response to the issue I raised. When finally I heard from Erin Sheleny (Service BDC Manager), she offered no accommodation whatsoever. I was not satisfied with her response and messaged back to that effect. Never heard from her again. Because I did not hear from Ms. Sheleny, I messaged Russ Humberston Jr. (owner) and Jake Hachmeister (general manager) to express my dissatisfaction twice. Neither party bothered to respond in any way. As a long time customer, it is infuriating to be treated with such disregard over a minor and easily resolvable issue. My Toyota is over 20 years old now. When it comes time to replace it, I will not be shopping at Beaverton Toyota and that's what I would recommend to others as well. It seems to me that customer loyalty is unimportant to Beaverton Toyota and that ignoring a customer's concerns is a poor customer retention strategy. More
