They are consistently professional and honest, whether the service is minor or major. And the work has always been performed to my satisfaction. I know some people are critical of the cost of having a car serviced by a dealership, but I have always felt that there is significant value in having the service performed correctly the first time by well-trained technicians. Efficient sale. Great salesman. Two weeks ago my wife's Prius was rear-ended (the other guy's fault). Ended up a total loss as determined by insurance 9 days after the accident. We were kind of under pressure to get a replacement car soon or continue to continue to rent the repair shop's loaner van. The Beaverton Toyota saleman we regularly deal with (Tony Hossini) was on vacation, so the Senior Manager got us linked up with Alan McDonald. He showed great patience with us as we did a week night test "sit" in a couple of used Prius cars. Then we returned on Saturday for test drives. Right before the test drive, the Prius C that we liked had a sudden hiccup with a non-functioning defroster fan. Alan readily coordinated its repair that would happen the following Tuesday. We went ahead and made the purchase on Saturday. Alan readily facilitated our purchase (not a credit purchase) and took some extra steps to ensure our car was ready for the Tuesday afternoon pickup. And it was ready as expected. It sounds like Alan has had many recent customers so we appreciated very much his dedication and time spent with us and our timely replacement car purchase. I would recommend Alan to others considering a new or used car purchase at Beaverton Toyota. More
