Dealer experience of a lifetime! I arrived at Beaverton Toyota after a subpar experience at a Toyota Gresham (I had to direct the parking lot tour, as the staff member there couldn't I arrived at Beaverton Toyota after a subpar experience at a Toyota Gresham (I had to direct the parking lot tour, as the staff member there couldn't seem to remember what kind of vehicle we were looking for). Beaverton Toyota was a breathe of fresh air. I was thoroughly impressed at the dealership as a whole - cleanliness, helpful friendly staff, and the values/methods the dealership chose to use relative to pricing, etc. All staff are on salary vs. commission, so there is no pressure involved to purchase a vehicle then and there from a specific staff member. The staff are there to guide you and help you find a vehicle that fits your needs, and interests, not just sell a car for their commission. Prices are marked at the lowest potential price (lowest in the PDX area!), so there is no stress re: bargaining for a lower price, nor do you waste hours of your day to walk out car-less as the price was still to high. The dealership itself has a deli, a pet area, and a nice waiting area! So nice! My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Muhammad Khan, who helped us find the truck of our choice. From the get-go (we arrived at 6:30pm- late!), he showed us exactly the make/model of vehicle we wanted on the lot, and got us on a test drive within 15 minutes of walking in the door. He explained the nuances of the dealership, and helped us become comfortable with the process (no commissions, no bargaining- YES!). He thoroughly listened to our needs, and was clear in his words and actions. We were very impressed, and walked out two very satisfied customers. Did I mention we traded in two vehicles for KBB pricing? Super easy, painless, process thanks to Muhammad and Biff! We'll only be shopping at Beaverton Toyota from now on. Can't wait to visit for my first service interval (I can't believe I just said that!). Thanks Muhammad! We love our new truck and are still smiling!
