Best car buying experience ever!! I came only to test drive a used car they had on the lot, nothing more. The car was perfect for me but I still wasn't sold. Sorry I ever went there Went in to have the latch repaired on the hatch to my Prius. They backed my car into a truck in the parking lot. They stated they would repair it, then I get a call saying it's totaled. There only response was to refer me to their insurance agent. They tried to lowball me with a xxx replacement. The GM was worthless, instead of trying to fix my problem he started telling me about his. Customer service is non-existent. I requested a meeting with the owner. Customer service informed me that he was aware of my request. I still haven't heard anything. I was a loyal Prius driving Toyota owner for over 15 years. Specifically because of this dealership, now I drive a FORD and am grateful never to have to deal with any of these people again. More
