On this da I have been coming to Beaverton Toyota for 11 years -I have dealt with several service managers over the years - Patrice being one of them. On this day I came in without an appointment with a problem that had temporarily stranded me the previous evening - When I arrived Patrice was the first person I saw in the lobby at checkout desk with a customer, When she was done I simply asked if she could help me. She said yes and when I told her the problem said we'll get it checked out. 90 minutes later I was out the door and the car has been running better than it has for a while. She is a gem always great to deal with. More

No star Worst dealership ever encountered in Washington and Oregon they are very disorganized and care more about their quotas than their customers. He was patient with answers to many questions and explained features of the 2016 Rav-4 Hybrid. He was able to accommodate a special need for a longer than typical test drive. We purchased the car and he spent extra time going over many details of the hands on features. He also invited us to contact him with future questions. Ron Chirrick was sincere and spoke highly of his company and their "one price" approach. We found the Beaverton Toyota building and lot clean and comfortable to do business in. Their employees worked late to accomplish the paperwork needed, and we did not see a sign of negative attitudes. More
