scheduled service When picked up my car after service it was not driving well, had an awful shimmy with VSC engaging and locking at small bends on road. Called Patrice When picked up my car after service it was not driving well, had an awful shimmy with VSC engaging and locking at small bends on road. Called Patrice, she thought it was because of tire rotation and balancing, I brought the car back, they kept it for a few hours, Patrice set me up with a rental for the duration. After picking up the cat that evening, it was still shaking dramatically and at different speeds, and the VSC engaged and locked the tires while I was driving on the 26 with my child in the car and the road was dry. So the next morning I contacted Patrice, explained to her what had happened, she had Rob drive the car with me, he made his observations and recommendations, Patrice set me up with another rental, and it was as Rob expected a separated tire, Patrice helped me find the best value set that matches my driving, and the car drives much better. Thank you Patrice and Rob for your help! More
