I was searching for a Scion tC to purchase, looked around, visited other dealerships that had same cars with (even) lower mileage than the ones offere I was searching for a Scion tC to purchase, looked around, visited other dealerships that had same cars with (even) lower mileage than the ones offered at Beaverton Toyota, but end up buying with them, due to the fact my husband and I received great customer service! I appreciated Ajay's attention, kindness and honesty, he was not pushy, we didn't feel pressured to close the deal and we were not hurry to come to a decision, despite the fact it was around 7pm. Closing the deal was quick and easy, very automated system (that actually works), left the dealership at 9pm driving my red Scion tC. PS: Just 1 observation: Please buy more doughnuts for evening buyers... :) More

Driver side mirror My wife and I stopped to get our truck washed on the way to the movies. Our driver side mirror was ripped off in the car wash. We had to cancel our movie date but Clayton (service manager) I believe was his name stepped in and got us a rental for free. We lost our movie tickets but Clayton made it pretty painless to get the mirror fixed. More
