I was in a stressful situation where I was currently in Tennessee and was trying to set up a vehicle to purchase once I arrive back in Portland or else I would be carless. I tried a couple different dealerships before beaverton, and they were so unhelpful! The dealership I had been working with for almost a week was not communicating with me and it was just a matter of days before my flight home. I still had no car lined up and I was supper stressed out! That's when I decide to try beaverton Toyota and got Parth Gadhia. Parth worked with me to get the exact vehicle I wanted. He kept me up to date on where the process was with the car and even kept me within my budget! He did not pressure me into anything like a typical salesman, witch I'm always afraid of going through dealerships for that reason. He simply treated me like a friend, looking out for my best interest. Parth was able to accede beyond what I expected my experience to be. He was such a pleasure to work with and I would recommend Parth to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. I am so grateful I had the opportunity to work with Parth Gadhia as my salesman! More

Easy process, stress free It has been years since I have bought a vehicle from a dealer....preferring to by from private parties. However, beaverton toyota caught my eye with a 2010 Tundra. And I have to say the process is pretty easy now. VERY fair price for the truck, no haggling and NO pressure. And they gave me a fair trade in value for my old vehicle. Could I have sold it for more on my own, sure. But for the small difference I felt I would trade it in. Greg Parker is a great guy and very knowledgeable, guiding me through the new, high tech process. No more paper with 30 different prices scribbled on it! Haha! Now to see how they do with their service department (which I hope I dont need except for oil changes!) More

My wife came to pick me up and the service advisor ignored us while doing other more important tasks. Eventually when asked questions it felt like we were being held in contempt. They do not need our business because there were many cars double-parked waiting for service. More

Best sperience!!! Poor customer service I came in for my 15,000 mile service and was told that it should take about an hour. This seemed appropriate for a tire rotation, fluid top off, and multi point inspection. After I was waiting for 2 hours, I had to ask for an update. The service manager came out and told me that my car was in the wrong pit and that's what was taking so long. About 10 minutes later she came out again and said that wasn't actually my car, it was a different customer. The issue with my car was that they had to replace the lug nut and bolt because it stripped when they were taking it off for the tire rotation. I ended up waiting a total of 3 hours for this. I don't believe for one minute that it took 3 hours to replace a lug nut and bolt. I think what really happened was that my car ended up getting parked instead of getting in line for service, and they didn't notice until I asked. I understand that mistakes happen, and I just wish I would have been treated with enough respect to be told the truth. That would have given me the opportunity to either reschedule the appointment, or call someone to come and pick me up so I didn't spend my whole Saturday morning sitting in the waiting area. I have already filled out two other surveys that were sent to me and no one has contacted me to follow up about this experience. Terrible customer service and I will not be going back. More
