Good service, Bad new reservation system Trying to make an on-line reservation this time took 20 minutes instead of the usual 3-5 minutes. Had to chat on-line with someone to get it done. The system asked for my phone number but instead of going to scheduling it asked for model and type of vehicle but still no schedule, Finally, asked for VIN, that's when I went for chat. When I arrived there was confusion as to why i was there and 3 advisors later got to the right person who was very helpful. Asked about the new system to make an appointment on line, it was clear he was not happy with it either. Some new system they're trying out. Hope you fix it before I need another appointment. Been coming for years and this is first hassle. More

I guess it is a good thing for their business that they're so interested in interacting with their customers, but I live on the other side of the country and prefer that the profits from my purchases go to American companies. He went out of his way to make sure we selected the car we wanted, guiding us carefully through the process. He explained the features and took us on test drives. After we selected the model we wanted, he went through the controls. For us this was important, as our "old" car, a Toyota Highlander (which we still drive), was 15 years old. Things have advanced so much since then with a lot more high-tech features. From Joel, we didn't just buy a car, we made a new friend. More

very disorganzied I have brought my vehicles here 3 times in the last 10 days for service. Each time has been disappointing, from not having my appointment in the compu I have brought my vehicles here 3 times in the last 10 days for service. Each time has been disappointing, from not having my appointment in the computer, to not getting updates from my service writer, and pick up 2 out of 3 times was a circus. I have been a loyal customer, but I will never return to Beaverton Toyota. More
