Exceptional Customer Service We went to Beaverton Toyota looking at the Toyota Prius C. Liby, our salesperson was personable and knowledgeable as well. John Cantwell, Sales Manag We went to Beaverton Toyota looking at the Toyota Prius C. Liby, our salesperson was personable and knowledgeable as well. John Cantwell, Sales Manager met us answering all of our questions. We felt that both Liby and John valued our business and did everything to ensure the sale worked for us. Although, we did not end up purchasing a car, we felt that this dealership has exceptional customer service worth mentioning. We visited several other dealership and there was no comparison to the excellent customer service we received here. We have owned several Toyota cars in the past from this dealership and will be back in the future. Highly recommended for a great car shopping experience. Aileen More

My 3rd car purchase at Beaverton Toyota I purchased a used Camry two days ago for my daughter's first car and once again the ENTIRE process was a breeze thanks to my salesman, Tony Hossini. I purchased a used Camry two days ago for my daughter's first car and once again the ENTIRE process was a breeze thanks to my salesman, Tony Hossini. As this is my 3rd vehicle I've purchased with Tony's help, we skip the handshake and go straight to hugs now! He has always been so helpful amd never makes me feel rushed or pressured into anything. Round 2 with service I purchased a 2017 tacoma new from Beaverton toyota. Asst. Service Mgr tried to charge me for covered repairs I brought in my Certified 2014 Corolla a week after buying it to fix a malfunctioning center touch screen that didn't work when I bought it and Asst S I brought in my Certified 2014 Corolla a week after buying it to fix a malfunctioning center touch screen that didn't work when I bought it and Asst Service Manager Jenn was rude and combative and tried to get me to pay for a problem covered by their 160 point certified checklist. No apology, no concern for my lost work time, no belief that they should fix what the purchase contract literally promised in writing was working. Now it looks like it will take a month to order a part. I don't think the Service Department understands they work for the same company as the Sales Department and they actually have to live up to purchase contracts with the customer. Sales experience with Beaverton Toyota was great but once they have your money you have to deal with the Service Department and everything goes bad. More
