Great experience buying our 16 year old his first car!! zack greated us right away at Beaverton Toyota. When we told him we were there to look for a car for our 16 year old son and that wanted to spend <10, zack greated us right away at Beaverton Toyota. When we told him we were there to look for a car for our 16 year old son and that wanted to spend <10,000, he drove us over to the Clear lot. I've experienced several other dealers where when they find out we were spending <10,000, they make it obvious we are not worth their time. Zack was patient and worked with Bryce to find a vehicle he liked and an amount we were comfortable spending. At the conclusion of the sale, we told Zack that we had another son ready to buy. We wanted to come back to Zack as we knew he was leaving for college. We also wanted to reward the dealership for their great work. Branson called Zack and within a week purchased a 2016 Camry XSE. Poor Service from the Appt making, to me getting in my car. Yesterday, 7-19-17, I spent 2 hours and 17 minutes to get "basic service" on my Prius. I had called and made an appointment the day before to avoid this situation. When I drove in to your service center, it was well over 10 minutes before I was even greeted. I was told they had scheduled my appt. for the wrong day. My wife was present when I scheduled this appointment, and she also heard it confirmed for the 19th. So thanks to an error made by your scheduling department, I was left waiting for 2 hours with no word ever given to me on why I was waiting. As others came and left, I became increasingly unsatisfied with my service. More

The salesman I talked to on the phone Nick Ralston started all my paperwork while I was driving out from the coast-much appreciated-saved time and hassle. We met Nick in person and it was great-he was very patient and was a no pressure up front guy. Me and my wife both appreciated how he really put forth the effort to make sure we clearly understood every document we signed, all the specifics of the car buying deal and all the specifics of the Sienna van we were buying. I genuinely felt like he cared about making sure we felt secure in our purchase. So bottom line-my first experience at Beaverton Toyota was awesome-truly liked it, and we walked away impressed with our salesman Nick-I wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend him to any of my friends or family that was looking for a good car buying experience.
