I love my new SUV and the sale lady (Liby) was very helpful. After spending a good amount of time researching 4Runners and Highlanders as potential purchases for my growing family, my brother-in-law recommended me to Beaverton Toyota after purchasing his family a certified used car from Jim, at Beaverton. Not only was Jim patient with my family and I as we came by for multiple test drives and information gathering, but he kept the pressure off of us. All while my phone continued to get blown up by 15 other dealers every day as my search continued. After spending more time at 2 other local dealerships as my search narrowed in on the final model/trim selection it became clear that Beaverton Toyota has something very special and VERY different from other dealerships. They have humans. Not just salesmen. Guys like Jim, who while they of course want to sell you a car, do care about you and your family on a level that other simply don't. We ended up buying a brand new 2017 Highlander form Jim and I'd recommend Beaverton to others in a heartbeat. I won't go anywhere else in the future. More
