Disappointed Returning Customer Having purchased 3 vehicles from Beaverton Toyota along with service agreements to this location, I have watched the customer service decline over the Having purchased 3 vehicles from Beaverton Toyota along with service agreements to this location, I have watched the customer service decline over the years. What turned into a simple oil change appointment led to 2 appointments and lots of frustration. When I called a customer service rep in the service department to add notes for the service technician, I was greeted with disdain and a "couldn't-care-less" attitude which was incredibly rude and unpleasant from this customer's perspective. I now understand that I cannot make a 4:30 appointment and expect any issues to be resolved (totally acceptable, I will make early AM appointments from now on) however it would be comforting to know that the work that is done is done correctly the first time rather than resulting in me having to come back to have a simple AC filter install repaired and a week without AC working in the summer (totally unacceptable). Not only was I met with poor customer service from the service rep I spoke with over the phone, I had to have my follow up appointment rescheduled because the first appointment scheduled for me by the technician was done incorrectly. To cap it all off, once I handed off the task of dealing with the lousy customer service to my husband, somehow he received excellent customer service and was treated with respect. So lovely to know that, because I am a woman, in 2017 I can expect zero respect from a car dealership. I will gladly be looking elsewhere to service my vehicle from now on and will no longer be recommending your dealership to my family and friends. More
