I was in an unfortunate accident less than a year after getting my 2014 Toyota Corolla so I was back to find another one. Muhammad Khan was the one who helped my parents and I. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We called beforehand to tell them what cars we wanted to look at and he had them pulled out and waiting. We came to the dealership a little late in the evening and he stayed an hour past closing (10pm) to help us finish everything out and I left with my new car that night. Not only is Beaverton Toyota very personable, they are hassle free and have some of the lowest prices. There is no need to haggle or feel like you are being cheated. Postive experience during tough time Had an issue with the car getting into gear. After car towed, appointment was scheduled on the weekend. Zack Berman was incredibly helpful, patient, understanding, and was ready to go that extra 10 percent every opportunity that he could. I didn't feel any pressure from him to purchase anything I didn't want to, and he was more than willing to explain in detail anything that I didn't understand. Not to mention he was easy to talk to in general, and that made me feel welcome. This translated to a warm experience, in contrast to the cold and almost bland experience I've had at other dealers. I will definitely be returning to this dealer in the future for any vehicle needs. More

He took the time to answer each and every one of my questions thoroughly (and patiently!), and allowed me to do an extended test-drive (after a shorter, in-town test drive earlier that day) - it started out with me still not sure about the car and by the time we were done I was sold. It was by far the most painless experience I've ever had buying a car, and I will definitely buy my next one there as well. Sold on Toyota for life! More

He was unbelievable my husband and I were shaking our heads at how hostile he was. He was condescending, patronizing and rude. I would have liked to give him no stars. Really Toyota why do you have this guy on your sales team ?We love the dealership we own three Toyotas and come here all the time not sure what his deal is I don't think he likes women very much? Anyway you need to talk to this guy you're losing business. In any case I'm going to buy the Prius but there's no way I'm going to buy it from him. I may have to go to another dealer. More
