We had set up an appointment for 6:00pm and arrived to the dealership 1 hour early, we felt We were greeted at the door and directed to Mr Abdullatif. The representative was courteous, informative and listened to our needs. We were driven to the lot on Cedar Hills, chose the second RAV4 EXL shown. The sales man was relaxed and confident which made us comfortable and assured of our choice. He stood back as my spouse and I discussed our decision. I appreciated that gesture. The purchasing process went smoothly, everything was completely explained in detail, Mr Abdullatif is awaiting our phone call to come back in for more orientation. We drove off in our new car, happy with this non fuss experience! More

Very courteous, informative and positive experience. I came to the dealership to see what options were available in my price range, although I wasn't sure if I had decided to purchase anything yet. Nick Ralston helped me look at the different used vehicles in my range, answered all my questions clearly, gave me information that I didn't remember to even ask and made me feel like I could trust him and the dealership. There was no feeling of pressure, he was genuine, and also funny which helped me feel at ease. It was by far the most pleasant experience I have had buying a car. I decided to wait to purchase a vehicle, only because my financial situation took a turn right as i started to look, but when I'm able to, I will definitely be back to Beaverton Toyota and especially to see Nick Ralston again. No Hassle Sales Approach It's been over 20 years since our last car purchase and we were expecting hours of negotiations with multiple levels of sales people and managers to f It's been over 20 years since our last car purchase and we were expecting hours of negotiations with multiple levels of sales people and managers to fend off "up sale" techniques. Fortunately, that did not happen. Our sales rep, Liby Rodriguez, applied no pressure as she explained the additional options that could be added to our purchase. We declined the extra options and Liby did not try to change our minds, just accepted our decision and moved on. It was such a pleasant experience and so different from our previous car purchases. Liby was friendly, very gracious and did a great job navigating us through the transaction. More

efficient, low pressure assistance Very nice experience working with Daniel Ennis. His manner was very low pressure, friendly and seemed sincere. After getting to know our needs, Daniel actually suggested that we drive a Prius Prime (which we had not yet considered) and that is what we ended up purchasing. Daniel had an iPad with him and was able to access all info directly from that, and, keys were attached to car doors, so there was no waiting around for salesman to walk to dealership office to get keys for test drive. Daniel was also able to coordinate getting our new car delivered on the same day that we turned in our VW across the street. Very convenient for us! Overall it felt like a very efficient process with minimal waiting around. Even though Beaverton was not the closest dealership to us, they gave us the best experience and made our drive worth it and we plan to do all our service/maintenance with them.
