We ended up going inside and were greeted by the store manager. She told us that Nick would be helping us out. Nick was really relaxed which helped us out too. We test drove a car to their second lot and looked around at more of the cars that were there. We ended up going back once we had decided on what we wanted. We loved the car! It was perfect. Nick was funny and engaging, asking us appropriate questions and not badgering us to make a decision. He talked about his personal thoughts which was nice to hear. When we got back to the dealership, Nick went inside while my boyfriend and I chatted about the car. We went inside to tell Nick we were going to buy the car. He was ecstatic! We did all the paperwork fairly quickly. Toyota does everything on an ipad which was handy! He never left to go talk to someone "behind the curtain" so to speak. He explained everything to us about the car. He showed us how to set up Halo, how to operate the little things, and went over the whole auto body shop that they have. It was an incredible experience and I'm so glad that we had Nick to handle it all for us! We are really happy with our lease. More
