It seemed like the salesperson had more important things to do than finish the sale, which was especially frustrating when you consider we were there with our 10-month old child. At one point, I had a signed document I needed to submit to the SP to move on to the next step, but the SP was nowhere to be found. After an extended wait, the SP returned saying he was helping with a carwash malfunction (?), but the SP came back reeking of cigarette smoke. Assuming the carwash issue took place, I would expect a buying customer to be more important. I can't say how much of the overall wait was due to the SP, but in general it seemed like the process should have been much faster. More
