Little did I know that I would be in an accident the next month, my Sequoia would be a total loss and I'd be in need of a new car much sooner than anticipated. The entire process was positive and easy. Ordered my new 4Runner and picked it up as expected. Great customer service. We did a cash purchase so the amount of paperwork seemed excessive. Also I do NOT like having the sales pitch for the extended warranty and security devices etc. thrown at me at the end. There is no time to fully evaluate any of the options and I'm not going to buy something without being able to evaluate it. It sees as if you are banking on people making emotional purchases as a way to increase your profits. It's your business you can run it how you want but it makes it feel sleazy and I thought you were trying to get away from that. More

Kate and Beaverton Toyota provided I've had a wide spectrum of car sales experiences, ranging from acceptable to "never go in that dealership again." Kate and Beaverton Toyota provided my best car shopping experience by far. We dealt only with Kate through the entire transaction. There was no pressure. Everything was handled on a tablet computer and ALL of the details were right there for me to review. Even the detailed aspects of the extended warranty were freely shared and easy to review. After we settled on a term and interest rate and options, Biff went to bat for us and found better terms, a lower interest rate, and a cheaper extended warranty with the same coverage. We didn't ask for this; he just did it on his own. I will definitely be back at Beaverton Toyota when it is time for another vehicle. More
