Purchase a Certified 2015 Toyota Corolla S I was greeted by Sedric Watson at the dealership. I asked him to show me the available Certified Corolla's and he took me through the available cars o I was greeted by Sedric Watson at the dealership. I asked him to show me the available Certified Corolla's and he took me through the available cars on his iPad. I picked one for test drive and he promptly located the car and pulled it at the front. We looked at the car and then went for a test drive. I liked the car and we moved on with the purchase. He was super helpful and friendly. I entered the dealership at 6:30PM and left with my new car at 8:30pm so that was quite impressive. This is my second time buying a car here and I'll be back for more :D More

Joel was very patient helping us to locate another car since the car we were looked at had some issues. So we had an exact same car that we were looking for in the end. I got on line for about a week trying to decide what I wanted. I found the one I wanted an contacted David.. We arrived at Beaverton Toyota and David met us out by the RAV4 that I had decided on. We took it for a test drive, David explained all of the options. Showed me how to operate them and off we went. I am a lifetime Toyota customer and will shop Beaverton Toyota for any further purchases. It won't be for many years though because I drove off the lot with everything I wanted. Took waaaay too long By the time we had agreed to the deal in principal, we had been at the dealership for roughly 2 hours. By the time we left the dealership, we had been there for over 5.5 hours. It seemed like the salesperson had more important things to do than finish the sale, which was especially frustrating when you consider we were there with our 10-month old child. At one point, I had a signed document I needed to submit to the SP to move on to the next step, but the SP was nowhere to be found. After an extended wait, the SP returned saying he was helping with a carwash malfunction (?), but the SP came back reeking of cigarette smoke. Assuming the carwash issue took place, I would expect a buying customer to be more important. I can't say how much of the overall wait was due to the SP, but in general it seemed like the process should have been much faster. More
