GREAT experience! We love our new Tacoma! We worked with Joel at Beaverton Toyota and it was such a great experience. I initially reached out to him because of their "meet our staff" page on their website. We loved Joel's biography and video right away. So I called but he was out of the office and left him a VM. Well my husband and I are "we want something when we want it" kind of people so I made another phone call...to another dealership. I won't say who but let's just say, they were located in Wilsonville. I got in touch with someone right away there and at first it seemed like it may work out. Then, came the proposal breakdown for our new truck - terrible interest rate, unfair offer for my trade in, and extra fees everywhere! Nearly $4000 more! We thought maybe a new truck wasn't going to happen for us after all. When we said No thank you, we kept getting pressured and pressured. I mean, we hadn't even gone to the dealership yet! This was all by phone and text! We hated it. If it's one thing we can't stand in people, it's deception and pushiness. Then, Joel Iwanaga with Beaverton Toyota called me back. *insert Hallelujah heaven trumpets here* I explained what we were going through and he assured us he would give us a better experience. At first I thought "yeah right, of course he is going to say that" but it ended up being true. He was personable, funny, and best of all completely up front about everything! We went into Beaverton Toyota and we were so well taken care of. We got a much better offer for our trade in, a WAY better interest rate, and didn't pay all those extra fees. Plus we got the exact Tacoma we wanted. Joel even arranged to go and pick it up from another lot in Corvallis so we wouldn't have to wait for it to come in. All the staff were so helpful and polite. It was such an easy experience. We left a little in shock about it as we drove away in our new truck. We never once got the sharky salesperson vibe. Now we consider Joel a new friend and we will be lifelong customers at Beaverton Toyota! More

The car was parked up front with our name on it and ready for us to test drive when we arrived for our appointment at 9:15AM. Muhammad was helpful and friendly, did a great job explaining explaining everything, and made the whole process easy and stress free. It was clear we were happy with the car we came to see and we were never pushed to try and stretch our budget further on a different model or a newer car, same when we declined the extended warranty, etc. The facility is beautiful with wonderful amenities. We had a great experience, I will definitely look to Beaverton Toyota as a strong option when purchasing again in the future. I have already told several people about our experience and would certainly recommend. More

But Hasan was patient to work with our needs and got us the care we want. He was always prompt to answer when called and made sure someone will be in contact with us. I would definitely recommend him and suggest him to be a bit more proactive in contacting customers when things change rather than waiting for customer to call and confirm. More
