CLEAR approach to Sales is competitive and efficient My wife and I found the shopping experience at Beaverton Toyota relatively enjoyable. We had checked out a few other dealerships, including Dick's Ho My wife and I found the shopping experience at Beaverton Toyota relatively enjoyable. We had checked out a few other dealerships, including Dick's Honda in Hillsboro, Lithia Suburu in Oregon City, and Toyota of Gladstone. The folks from Toyota at Gladstone were pretty determined to win our business, so we did still deal with some haggling per se, and in the process we did figure out how some parts of a package and factory options may get combined or called out separately at different dealerships. Once that was resolved, the offers were much easier to compare. With the incentive rebate and the CLEAR pricing and sales process at Beaverton, we found a RAV4 that fit our desires at a good price quite nicely. The dealership at Gladstone had a better price on a similar vehicle, but with a different color, the distance to Gladstone, and the powertrain warranty extension at Beaverton Toyota, we sealed the deal there. Wasif, our salesperson, was efficient, direct, and generally knowledgable... we did help him discover that some packages for the XLE do in fact include integrated navigation. :) Being able to work with Wasif on the closing matters, including decisions about extended warranty, accessories, etc., was nice. Not to say that the sales pressure was diminished a lot by having already an understanding and rapport with Wasif, but it was somewhat. Wasif was professional, courteous, helpful, and enthusiastic. :) More

He told out loud that the bank will not approve us if we dont put more money down to guarantee we wont default or end up repoed. We were so embarrassed and i just wanted to punch him but i was able to control myself and left. I told my wife we shall never go back to Beaverton Toyota. When i figured the financing part, I was still looking around when my wife convinced me to just go back and deal with a different sales agent. It was when we met RANDY THIO. He was very friendly and even gave me tips on what to look for when purchasing a used car. He followed up with me and i told him i wanted to go back to the dealership to look at some cars and to wait for me because i was commuting. He offered to pick me up at the rail transit station. When we were finalizing the sale, he even picked me up from my workplace. His demeanor and respect to people regardless of their status was exemplary.
