If Toyota is selling cars at full book and not delivering 5 star cars you would expect them to budge on the price a little or fix what needs to be fixed . The salesman where kind and courteous . But that’s expected . They are trying to sell cars . More
Best experience ever I originally tried to get financed for a loan through my credit union. They were not willing to offer me the amount I needed and wanted a larger down I originally tried to get financed for a loan through my credit union. They were not willing to offer me the amount I needed and wanted a larger down payment. After finding a car I really wanted at Toyota Bud worked diligently to seek out additional financing options through the Toyota dealership. I was skeptical at first taking this route as I thought the interest rate would be significantly higher and my family members kept telling me to stick with my own credit union. However, Bud reassured me that he would work on getting me a better rate or an exact rate of what my credit union was offering me. Not only did he exceed my expectations, but I was qualified for the full amount I needed through Toyota. Let's not forget to mention that Bud and his manager James were very efficient and fast with the paperwork. I have never been so satisfied with a car purchase. It was very evident that Bud is customer focused, listened to my needs, addressed my concerns and found reasonable and affordable resolutins that overall left me extremely satisfied. I highly recommend the Beaverton Toyota dealership and wish all sales consultants were as pleasant to work with as Bud. More

Hasan was a lot of help from the minute I walked in the door, helping my wife and I with the process, evaluating my trade in and making it very easy to drive home in a new car that night. They were able to work the financing perfectly with what I could afford and I would definitely recommend this dealership to family/friends! More

No response. I own TWO Toyotas. They have a nice waiting area, a nice deli and a shuttle service although the last time I took the shuttle, the guy was hyped about getting back in record time. As long as I'm writing.... SALES: I've always gone to Beaverton Toyota first for service or a used car. Always been great to work with. However, when I was shopping last spring, it was more like any other place. Pressure to get into payments. "How can I make it work for you?" Did not do what they said they would for warranty They said they were rotating the tires as part of the warranty work. I had a leak in a back tire, told them about it and they said it would be fixed. Got car back and was told everything had been done. A day later, low air light came on. When I checked tires, it was not in the place I was told the tires had been rotated to. Took it to Les Schwab and had it confirmed and plugged. i don't trust the maintenance now at a Toyota. More

Continuing disappointments Oil changes should not take 2+ hours. The engine air filter was not changed as requested. No one came to me to say there would be a delay. Action from Toyota came only after I began complaining. This is one more less than satisfactory experience at Beaverton Toyota. I try to limit service from Beaverton Toyota to the oil changes that were purchased when the car was. More
