20k Service Service Center found a nail in the rf tire. Told me it was not repairable and that I would need to purchase 2 new tires. I did not, and instead drov Service Center found a nail in the rf tire. Told me it was not repairable and that I would need to purchase 2 new tires. I did not, and instead drove to Les Schwab. Schwab disagreed with Beaverton's assessment and repaired the tire for free; and by the way said there was no need to replace tires as a pair. More
Not so CLEAR I bought a 2012 RAV4 in May 2017. I was initially impressed with the CLEAR policy & friendliness of the staff. After just slightly over 3months later, I bought a 2012 RAV4 in May 2017. I was initially impressed with the CLEAR policy & friendliness of the staff. After just slightly over 3months later, my "new to me" vehicle, which was under warranty & certified wouldn't start as I was trying to get to work. After finally figuring out a way to get it to the dealership service center, & being late for work. I had to take an Uber on my lunch break to pick up my newer vehicle. Apparently, the vehicle that I had for just over 3months had a completely dead battery through no fault of my own, which I had to pay for because I was told it's "normal wear & tear" & it could have been due to the heat. When I tried to call about it, the customer service directed me to the dealer that sold me the vehicle. He was highly disgruntled that apparently I was calling him on his day off & told me to contact the service center....just more circles.... I am highly disappointed in Beaverton Toyota giving me the run around & the quality of their not so CLEARly certified product. More

Jim was great to work with; it was wonderful to be helped by one staff rather than being shuffled around from person to person. Jim took the time to make sure we were very satisfied and happy with our purchase. We'd highly recommend Beaverton Toyota to anyone searching for a new car and in the future, we would be very eager to return to Beaverton Toyota for our own future purchases. Thanks very much Jim!
