He knew I was not ready to buy at our first meeting but it didn't limit his interaction or time spent or interest in my needs. When I was ready to purchase, Adam was again helpful to explain features and sort out just what would be the best. So nice to deal with just one person. The policy of Beaverton Toyota is not offering a ride from home to the car lot to do the last minute paper work and drive my new car away. I had to find my own ride. That was disappointing. More

I told our salesperson that we had no intention of purchasing any options and he kindly skipped over them for us and started working right away on financing. Because the first purchase went well, I decided to be come back for a second vehicle. Jacob Juarez was my salesperson and he was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable on all things Toyota and very personable. Although we ran into a misunderstanding along the way, Jacob and Kyle worked very hard to explain and resolve the situation. I would highly recommend both of them for any future transaction. Some good some terrible We had a good experience with our salesperson at Beaverton Honda. He was straightforward, helpful and not at all pushy or annoying. Highly respectfu We had a good experience with our salesperson at Beaverton Honda. He was straightforward, helpful and not at all pushy or annoying. Highly respectful of our needs and interests. However, once we had decided on our vehicle and were done with our salesperson, the experience went downhill quickly. We bought the car in Oregon and live in Washington. The clerks in the office at Beaverton Toyota apparently did not know what to do with our paperwork, so they never sent our information in to the DMV which was necessary to get our car licensed. Not only that but when we called the dealership, we got passed from person to person to person (5 people) with no one taking responsibility, including the manager who claimed he didn't know what happens to paperwork once it leaves his sales office. It took WEEKS to find out that our paperwork was still sitting on a desk at the dealership. We were a day or two away from not being able to legally drive the car since the temporary license was about to expire. Highly disappointed in the sales management at Beaverton. More
