Not your best interest at heart Always takes longer than expected. They told me my engine and cabin air filter were "extremely dirty" and should be changed. Being my skeptical self Always takes longer than expected. They told me my engine and cabin air filter were "extremely dirty" and should be changed. Being my skeptical self I asked them to put the old ones in my truck to personally inspect. I'm glad I did because they weren't dirty at all and they obviously wanted to charge me an extra 80$. And realistically should've been changed prior to all the smoke we had from the forest fires, not before. The time before they didn't balance my tire after patching it, Les Schwab usually does it for free. These guys charge top dollar. Nobody really seems very knowledgable and wasn't comfortable about the experience when I left either time. Also don't let the Toyota care slogan fool you. Anything other than a tire rotation and oil change is going to cost you. They say they'll take care of factory recommended maintenance, NOT! Seems to be a whole lot of talk and not much to show.... I was not pressured to buy a car that day or pestered to purchase the vehicle after I thought it through for a few weeks. There were not any surprises when it came to signing the paperwork. My trade in and purchase of my car went very smoothly. He also checked in on my a few times to make sure all was running smoothly. I also want to mention that Coby was also extremely helpful when I came back to get a lesson on some special features of the car. I would recommend buying a car from Muhammed every time! More

Best experience ever I originally tried to get financed for a loan through my credit union. They were not willing to offer me the amount I needed and wanted a larger down I originally tried to get financed for a loan through my credit union. After finding a car I really wanted at Toyota Bud worked diligently to seek out additional financing options through the Toyota dealership. I was skeptical at first taking this route as I thought the interest rate would be significantly higher and my family members kept telling me to stick with my own credit union. However, Bud reassured me that he would work on getting me a better rate or an exact rate of what my credit union was offering me. Not only did he exceed my expectations, but I was qualified for the full amount I needed through Toyota. Let's not forget to mention that Bud and his manager James were very efficient and fast with the paperwork. I have never been so satisfied with a car purchase. It was very evident that Bud is customer focused, listened to my needs, addressed my concerns and found reasonable and affordable resolutins that overall left me extremely satisfied. I highly recommend the Beaverton Toyota dealership and wish all sales consultants were as pleasant to work with as Bud. More
