Buying 2018 Camry Hybrid First experience with this dealer. Surprisingly greeted by name by James, a sales manager who happened to know me a little from years ago. I explain First experience with this dealer. Surprisingly greeted by name by James, a sales manager who happened to know me a little from years ago. I explained by time constraints on the day (hence just looking) and what precisely I was interested in. He found me John Callaghan, salesman, as the right person for me to talk with. Got my questions answered quickly, and an appropriate "I don't know but will find out right away" when I had a more complex question. (This was a big contrast with an out of state Toyota dealer presented with the same questions when I was traveling.) Amazingly, the dealer had one brand new Toyota Camry LE Hybrid 2018 (the model I was looking for) and it happened to be the color and config I had planned to choose. Hence, though time was limited I said I would buy it. Sale completed in near record time with complete transparency and accuracy. John even waited for the paper work to process, then drove my new car to the appointment I had to leave for so I got the car the same day. I love the car, as I expected I would, so far (5 days and 200 miles in) and can't say enough about how John and James handled things. I am a new fan Steve More

She did know right off the bat that the sun visors were missing from the vehicle. I left messages with her dealership to ask her if this was a mistake from Friday when I bought it until Wednesday when she called me back and she did go to the detail area and ask if the visors were there but they were not. I was unable to find any sun visors for the vehicle and months went by.When I filled out this review she called me stating that she was concerned and gave me more suggestions formfinding themvisore however I still could not. Teresa did call me back a while later saying that someone there had found them for me and they were only $100.. I promised her I would go back and fix the reviewand I have but I would suggest that if Teresa knows that her cusomers have an issue in the future and she either cares or doesn't want a bad review maybe she should follow up with them to make sure all is well in. It is a kind and professional thing to do as well even if she never heard of any problem. My understanding was that I purchased the car as is so I wouldn't have kept calling her as she suggests. I did fix the,review as asked but I would have felt a whole lot better if she had called me a week or so later just to see how the car was working out or if I found the visors. She may have gotten some referrals and future business. $7,000 in cash is a lot of money and it really deserved some respect didn't it? More

I like the fact that they know my car and the parts they use are Toyota approved. They did a complete check up and found a couple things that were in need of fixing. So glad I went. More
