A great experience We were met by one of the senior salesman and he spent about 3 hours with us finding the right car. I was concerned that there could have been some corrosion under the car due to time spent in another state and I requested that we put it up on the rack in the service department. Our host was more than happy to drive the car (and us) over to the Service department and it was put up for our inspection. The underside looked great so we went ahead and purchased the car. Raving over the RAV 4 purchase. My wife and I made two visits to Beaverton Toyota, dealing with Nick Ralston. The first visit was a week ago to kick some tires on both the RAV 4 and My wife and I made two visits to Beaverton Toyota, dealing with Nick Ralston. The first visit was a week ago to kick some tires on both the RAV 4 and Highlander. Nick was great, showed us a couple of each and we test drove them. There was no pressure from Nick or anyone else. When we were done driving and asking questions, Nick gave us his card and thanked us for coming in. We asked him to send us some information on the vehicles. Two days ago, we went back to see Nick and narrowed down our tire kicking to RAV 4's only. He showed us the models that had the things we desired and after a few minutes discussion between my wife and I, we decided on the Limited model. All through the process Nick was polite and courteous, never pushy. He introduced us to the sales manager, John, who also was polite and courteous. We finished up the purchase paperwork in about an hour and had our new RAV 4 Limited. We are both super happy with the new car and the customer service afforded us by everyone at Beaverton Toyota. Today we went back to take care of the rest of the purchase price and pick up our complimentary ski tickets. Thank you Jessica London for your help with that as well. More

Long Haul Purchase Josh & Biff were great. I was driving from work in California to my home in Washington and decided to buy a car. my number 1 priority was to smooth Josh & Biff were great. They understood my situation and did everything they could. I arrived late to the dealership; half hour before closing.
