I initially went to this dealership to buy a Mercedes-Benz vehicle that was exactly what I wanted for a very fair price. After buying the vehicle, I drove it 3 hours back home and realized how uncomfortable the seat was for me. Not only that, I did more research on the Benz and was overwhelmed with anxiety about maintenance/repair costs. I was so overwhelmed that I did not sleep for more than 4 hours/night for three days. One of the reasons I decided to buy the Benz was because of Beaverton Toyota's 7 day trial exchange policy - where if I didn't like the vehicle, I can return it for another one they have in stock free of charge. I ended up watching Beaverton's new and used inventory constantly waiting for the perfect vehicle to pop up. Three days after I bought the Benz, I found the vehicle I wanted to exchange the Benz for - a truck! This would clear my mind of any and all anxiety and I would finally be able to live with myself again. However, when I called about it, there were people in the process of buying it right then. Whoever I spoke to (I believe it was Biff?) said holding a vehicle was impossible, whereas Muhammad proved later that it was possible. Beaverton Toyota should get all employees on the same page regarding whether or not holds are possible just for consistency's sake. Truly heart breaking to miss out on the truck - but the search must continue. Two days later, they get a car in used stock that catches my attention - a Honda. It is perfect for what I need, and while it doesn't have a truck bed, it does have a large cabin for our impending baby, great safety ratings, 280HP, and will be cheap to repair and maintain. In an effort to avoid a similar heart break situation, I contact Muhammad Khan (the salesman I was working with) on his day off and he rushes to the dealership to put the car on hold for me while I make the three hour journey down to exchange my Benz for this Honda. Due to my experience earlier regarding the "hold" and how one employee said it wasn't possible while another one did, I still wasn't totally secure about it. When I arrived, the car was there waiting for me. All that was left for me to do was a quick test drive and some easy paperwork. Muhammad made the process quick and easy on his day off. Great customer service. I now have the Honda and am completely satisfied with it. No regrets with this one. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience with Beaverton Toyota. I'm not the easiest customer to work with due to my extreme susceptibility to buyer's remorse and my relentlessness for details. Muhammad did a good job of managing my needs and helping me get into the car I now happily drive. Therefore I'm giving Muhammad a 5 star review. I'm not going to give Biff a review because I don't feel that we interacted enough for me to responsibly review him, but I'm going to give him an off-the-record 4 stars. He was very friendly and sympathized with me that the truck I wanted was selling at that very moment, but he gave me the wrong information by telling me that holding vehicles is impossible. If the person I spoke to on the phone was not Biff, then I am sorry - whoever I spoke to did not think holds were possible. More

Our host was more than happy to drive the car (and us) over to the Service department and it was put up for our inspection. The underside looked great so we went ahead and purchased the car.
