We love the car, and we were very happy with everything, so when I decided I wanted a Tacoma or 4Runner, we went back. I knew this sales process would take a little more time (more than a day) as I had some research to do and wanted to make sure I was making informed decisions. A moment after we pulled up, the same sales person from whom we bought the Corolla (Nick Ralston) walked out and greeted us. He cheerfully answered my initial questions and showed me some trucks and was very helpful in giving me information I needed, but didn't yet know I needed. I told him we wouldn't be buying that day (a Saturday) and he continued helping us with nothing less than a fantastic attitude. At no point did I feel pressure from anyone at Beaverton Toyota, in any way, or that they wanted to hurry along to someone else. We came back on Monday and looked at some more trucks, with Nick helping us again. I was planning to trade in my current vehicle and had some due diligence to do as I had never traded in a car before. Nick was helpful and answered some questions I had about that process as well. Still no pressure and a very helpful attitude. I went to another Toyota dealership Monday, after BT, and decided I was definitely going back to Beaverton Toyota, so we came back the next day (Tuesday), potentially ready to buy. Nick and John and the staff at BT helped me to find the exact model / trim / options I wanted and at a very competitive price. I drove home in my 2018 4Runner that day and couldn't be happier with it and the sales process at Beaverton Toyota. Both purchases we've made at Beaverton Toyota were easily the best car buying experiences I've ever had and the staff was the reason why. More

The employees at Beaverton Toyota were all very friendly and I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. Simple, pressure & hassle free, great experience! I came to Beaverton Toyota after receiving really poor service at Broadway Toyota. I used to live near Broadway Toyota, and had been getting my previ I came to Beaverton Toyota after receiving really poor service at Broadway Toyota. I used to live near Broadway Toyota, and had been getting my previous Tundra serviced there since 2012. I always had a great experience with their service department, so I started looking there. They had a truck advertised online for a great price, so I talked to a salesperson over the phone to make sure they still had the truck. Once they confirmed they still had the truck, I went that day to see it. I meet the salesperson and take the truck for a ride. I love it and start to talk about purchasing it. Once the negations starts they inform me that the price is actually 7K more than what it is advertised online. I pull up the website on my phone right there and then to show the salesperson. The website shows the lower price, and even says price includes dealer accessories. She tells me that she will talk to the manager, but that they won't sell the truck for the price that I saw online and came in for. She said she would talk to the sales manager, and she'd work on giving me the best price possible on the truck, as well as discounting the accessories I wanted. I left that night so she could work on the deal with her manager. I wait until the next afternoon for the sales woman to contact me, and gives me the price. The great price I was supposed to get was not even close to the original price advertised online. I then went online to Beaverton Toyota to see if they had a similar truck. Turns out they had the same exact model, year and color that I was looking at, at Broadway. I then called my saleswoman to let her know that Beaverton had the same truck and the accessories I wanted to get all for a lower price. She was surprised and said that Broadway would beat Beaverton's price. Then later that day I brought my truck in to have its trade value evaluated. The sales manager came out looked at my truck for 10 mins and took some pictures. I asked if he wanted to test drive it seeing he was not going to be working for the next two days. He said that he didn't't want to test drive it until I agreed on the evaluation. That I'd have to come back a second time and have someone take it for a test ride after I agreed on the evaluation. But if they something wrong win the test drive they'd have to adjust the price (which makes no sense since I have to agree on the evaluation price for them to drive it only to have them possibly change it). I had some small body damage so he couldn't give me a price until he touched base with his body shop. He said he'd contact the saleswoman I'd been working first thing in the morning with my evaluation. I still hadn't heard from her by noon time so I contacted her to see where we were at? I left her a voicemail and she got back to me a couple hours later saying she still hadn't got an evaluation for my trade in. I didn't here from her at all for the rest of that day or the next day, even after I left messages. Frustrated with all of the misleading pricing from the start, the back and forth on the great deal I was supposedly getting, which was still higher than Beaverton Toyota, the lack of follow through and communication. I decided to go to Beaverton Toyota where I met Wasif. Within 20 mins of meeting Wasif, he evaluated my trade as well as his manager. We then went to their secondary lot, and I test drove the truck I wanted. Within 3 hours of entering the doors of Beaverton, I had my truck evaluated, did a test drive, went over all the accessories I wanted, got a lower price than Broadway, and secured the zero percent loan I was looking for. I left thinking that this is the way car buying should be! I finally heard back from the saleswoman from Broadway the next day to tell me they finally got an evaluation for my vehicle, but she still needed to talk to her manager to get me a better price. It took 4 days for her to get me just to the point of getting me a value on my trade, but still no final price. I let her know that I was no longer interested, that I went to Beaverton Toyota and within 3 hours I had purchased my new truck. My advice to anyone looking at purchasing a Toyota, don't waste your time going anywhere else, because it's only a waste of your time. If you want to be treated right and get the best deal out there, head right to Beaverton Toyota. Thanks Wasif, Scott Rascoe More

still not sure of the service i recieved i purchased a vehicle, but was never given the choice as to which finance company i want to deal with. Found out later that evening that the bank Wells Fargo with whom i had just opened an account had been put on hold and never gotten a chance to give an offer. And as discussed, with the salesman i had an offer from State Farm Bank, of which said they didnt do business with. so i signed the contract with capitol one, and later that evening talked to State Farm Bank and they will be refinancing the loan from Capitol One. Not sure why i wasn't given the choice of which bank i preferred? As my credit score was 794. I sure hope in the following days to come everything will be taken care of. More
