Dealer service was not to par I've been taking my car in for service since I bought it from Beaverton Toyota. They have handled all of my oil changes, tire rotations, etc. This latest service they changed my oil and told me all my filters were fine. Upon inspecting the air filter on my own, I discovered what was probably the grossest air filter I've ever seen. My air filter was not "fine", and the service departments gross negligence was evident. I expect to have my car taken care of. I do not trust the service department to do it's job. Additionally, there is half a quart over full of oil in my car. That is also gross negligence. More
Easy Purchase Experience Beaverton Toyota gave us a great price on the car I was looking for. When they didn't have the exact 2017 RAV4 model we wanted they found one and Jim Beaverton Toyota gave us a great price on the car I was looking for. I ended up with the new 2018 camry since the sporty look and inner deco are what I like. However, the new car had some issues as I drive it after leaving the dealership. The body of the car has a small defects which the dealership could not agree on discount the car, but they also didn't have one for replacement, unless I choose another car with cheaper or higher prices. The AC when turned on makes some chiller noise that can be heard. The entune system with the new car is terrible of use, the dealer representative was helpful with this issue, but solving it seems beyond their capability since the entune system really sucks. More

My experience was beyond fantastic and was very enjoyable. The moment I drove into Beaverton Toyota dealership I was greeted by a wonderful young gentleman named Seth Davis. Seth showed us exactly where the ve The moment I drove into Beaverton Toyota dealership I was greeted by a wonderful young gentleman named Seth Davis. Seth showed us exactly where the vehicles were that we wanted without trying to prolong the process of buying a car. He showed me other options that Beaverton Toyota offered when it came to the vehicle that I wanted, which was great. The thing that really pushed my review from a 4 to a perfect 5 was that Seth really gave me time to think about which options I wanted to go with, without the pressure. The experience I had at Beaverton Toyota was truly one to remember and I have to credit that to Seth Davis. Overall if anyone wants to buy a vehicle at Beaverton Toyota, I highly recommend you ask for Seth Davis to help you. More
Great service. For years I have bought and serviced my cars at Beaverton Toyota. In September though, the service department was busy and I had an oil leak so I deci For years I have bought and serviced my cars at Beaverton Toyota. In September though, the service department was busy and I had an oil leak so I decided to go to a different Toyota dealership so I could have the car checked the same day. That turned into a nightmare and in the end they recommended expensive repairs. They performed the routine service and inspection but broke my glove box in the process and this led to more visits and I began to doubt that anything they were telling me was accurate. Initially I was told by the competitor that my brakes were fine and then later when I asked for more detail since no specifics were noted on my paperwork, they told me my brakes needed to be replaced. They also told me I had a leak from the rear transfer case, $1800+ to make that repair. Once my glove box was repaired (at their expense) I came back to Beaverton Toyota and had my brakes done there and asked that they check the situation with the rear transfer case leak. Ronnie was my service advisor when I brought the car in for the brakes. He listened to the details of my miserable experience at the other dealership and made sure to check that my transfer case was ok - NO LEAK!. I had been getting pretty concerned to be driving around needing the brakes to be replaced but also with the potential for another expensive repair that I might potentially make worse until I really knew the status of the transfer case. I will be sure to call Ronnie at Beaverton Toyota for any concerns/service scheduling in the future. AND, I will not be making any more visits to Wilsonville Toyota! More
