Bud was knowledgeable, helpful and straightforward. He answered all our questions clearly and facilitated the process seamlessly. The only hiccup we had was not receiving the Mt Hood Meadow Ski Resort passes which was one of the incentives to buy the car that day. However, James Harding, the Sales Director came to us and apologized for having run out of the passes and assured us that we will receive them as soon as possible.
