I called on a Sunday at 6 (2 hours before closing) and inquired about a certified preowned. I was told I have an appointment and to ask for a senior sales manager. I arrived at 6:30, and was done with my purchase at just about 8 pm. If you have ever bought a car, you know this is insanely awesome! Mati was friendly and his finance counterpart James got us a great vehicle with no haggling and no uncomfortable salesman chasing you around a lot. Would definitely recommend!!! More

We went in on a Saturday so the dealership was slammed, which was kind of a downside but of course not his fault. He was very helpful in showing us different scenarios and based on our budget and desirable features within the cars we were looking at. In addition, he was very engaging, easy to talk to and definitely listened to everything we said so he could make our experience as personal and tailored to us as possible. He definitely didn't try to upsell us or bait and switch anything, which we somewhat expected walking in there.
