This place is nothing short of "professional" I've been shopping for a 3rd "family" car for about 2 weeks now... not to mention I visited 3 other Toyota dealerships in the Portland metro area. I a I've been shopping for a 3rd "family" car for about 2 weeks now... not to mention I visited 3 other Toyota dealerships in the Portland metro area. I am truly amazed by this place!! This is my 5th car-buying experience from a dealership, I just can't believe how transparent and easy Peter made this entire process... He is "professional" (knows his stuff, no BS, you can tell right from the test drive...), he is not pushy at all, and he is straight to the point (let's talk value and price). I am a car enthusiast, not to mention the names of other Toyota dealerships in town, all their salespersons have ZERO idea whatever they are trying to sell. If you want to sell a car, you better know the ins and outs. And don't try to sell me protection packages or extended warranties when I clearly have no desire to purchase. Not to mention when I asked (the other dealerships) for warranty paperwork, they kept giving me verbal promises (no thanks). This is why I am not a big fan of car dealerships. But wow, this place is different, Peter changed my view, and he made this place very special!! More

This was our first time leasing a car, so you can imagine how many questions we had, but Toni went above and beyond my expectation to make sure the entire process was clear for us and that we understood everything. The "Clear Process" as they call it at the dealership was painless, unlike what I had experienced before at other dealerships. We had our dog with us to try and see if he is comfortable with the new car we were about to lease and they nicely helped us take him for a test drive. Beaverton Toyota is very dog friendly and this was a pleasure for us to see that we can have our dog with us during the entire process. They even provided dog treats to keep him happy. More
