There was no haggling on price, since the price was already very competitive (given that I've done my research). Not happy Let me start by saying I am not in the habit of giving bad reviews because I myself work with the public. But.... After waiting a week we are still in complete shock and kinda angry. Last week my husband and I found a vehicle on Beaverton Toyotas web site we were very interested in, my husband called and talked to someone that morning he gave her the exact stock number from the website of the vehicle we wanted, he discussed price and what a monthly payment "quote" would be on that price. This was at 10am we set appointment time for 1pm because we live an hour away and expressed that to her. When we arrived at the dealership we seen the vehicle with our names on a paper in the front window. A lady met us at the front door and walked us inside to introduce us to who would be our dealer, at this time he shows us he has the truck we wanted pulled up on his iPad and confirms with us that that's the truck we are interested in, yep that was the one, well let's go take a look he says we have it sitting out back ready for you. We walk out side as soon as we open the door to check out the inside the dealer says " you know this is not the actual price right?" My husband I both confused said no! He proceeded to tell us that the price in the web site did not include aftermarkets, we were still confused because the picture on the website is of the exact truck we were looking at there on the lot. So after waiting 20 min outside while he went to figure out the price he finally came back at almost $8000 more then website price! We were shocked and asked why that was allowed, he replied he didn't have an answer for us and let us drive away. My husband called the next day and left a message with the person we originally had talked to he said "I would like to discuss what happened yesterday", with no response back. I am more angry at the fact they new we were an hour drive, they had 3 hours to contact us about the price, but let us stand around outside for 20 mins in November after we got there to "fix" the price!! With no attempt at all to make things right!! We have now started looking elsewhere. More

Won't go to another dealer after my experience with Beaverto I can't say enough good things about my experience purchasing a Tundra from Beaverton Toyota. They did everything right. I sent in a request to test drive a vehicle on their website one evening. The next morning I was contacted in email and I set up an appointment time that day. At the dealership I was greeted by the front desk and then quickly given to Jim our sales rep who stayed with us through the entire process. We weren't passed off to anyone else until we drove off the lot in our new truck! I really liked not being bounced around. Jim was an absolute pleasure. He was very informed on the vehicle itself which I can't say about another local dealer we checked out! He was absolutely no pressure. I wish other sales reps would understand this. When you pressure you make people nervous and suspicious. The one price no haggle was such a relief after my terrible experience at a different dealership many years ago buying a Tacoma where there was so much back and forth I was at the dealer for 8 hours. I was really dreading buying a car because of that but Beaverton made this a snap. I felt the price was very competitive and beat all other local dealers which I checked with on TrueCar. The whole buying process was streamlined and used a tablet for much of the buying process to minimize paperwork. The dealership feels like an airport with a nice cafe, comfortable lounge area, and large space. This dealership is really a shining example of what a dealer should be. I don't often write reviews but I have been floored by them and really the Tundra as an amazing vehicle. I really don't understand why there aren't more Tundras on the road!
