I sent in a request to test drive a vehicle on their website one evening. The next morning I was contacted in email and I set up an appointment time that day. At the dealership I was greeted by the front desk and then quickly given to Jim our sales rep who stayed with us through the entire process. We weren't passed off to anyone else until we drove off the lot in our new truck! I really liked not being bounced around. Jim was an absolute pleasure. He was very informed on the vehicle itself which I can't say about another local dealer we checked out! He was absolutely no pressure. I wish other sales reps would understand this. When you pressure you make people nervous and suspicious. The one price no haggle was such a relief after my terrible experience at a different dealership many years ago buying a Tacoma where there was so much back and forth I was at the dealer for 8 hours. I was really dreading buying a car because of that but Beaverton made this a snap. I felt the price was very competitive and beat all other local dealers which I checked with on TrueCar. The whole buying process was streamlined and used a tablet for much of the buying process to minimize paperwork. The dealership feels like an airport with a nice cafe, comfortable lounge area, and large space. This dealership is really a shining example of what a dealer should be. I don't often write reviews but I have been floored by them and really the Tundra as an amazing vehicle. I really don't understand why there aren't more Tundras on the road! This place is nothing short of "professional" I've been shopping for a 3rd "family" car for about 2 weeks now... not to mention I visited 3 other Toyota dealerships in the Portland metro area. This is my 5th car-buying experience from a dealership, I just can't believe how transparent and easy Peter made this entire process... He is "professional" (knows his stuff, no BS, you can tell right from the test drive...), he is not pushy at all, and he is straight to the point (let's talk value and price). I am a car enthusiast, not to mention the names of other Toyota dealerships in town, all their salespersons have ZERO idea whatever they are trying to sell. If you want to sell a car, you better know the ins and outs. And don't try to sell me protection packages or extended warranties when I clearly have no desire to purchase. Not to mention when I asked (the other dealerships) for warranty paperwork, they kept giving me verbal promises (no thanks). This is why I am not a big fan of car dealerships. But wow, this place is different, Peter changed my view, and he made this place very special!! More
