They assume that dealerships are driven by a pure hunger for money, that the dealers themselves will use confusing language to try and trick customers, and that if you are female, they will take full advantage of you. So, let me tell you--I never expected to purchase a car from a dealer. Ever. Since I am writing this review, you know that was obviously not the case. I went in with two other friends to kind of feel the situation out--and we all felt the same way. That our experience was honest, non-smarmy, and overall positive. I'm glad that we live in an internet age so people have the opportunity to search on the web before they walk into a dealership. I'm also glad that we can have the opportunity to shop around for cars online before looking at them in person. I say this because I think that Beaverton Toyota is totally aware that this is a fact. They know that the person who comes to them probably knows a thing or two about the car they're looking at. They aren't trying to make the car into what it's not--just show that all the things on your checklist are being checked off. Anyway, I went in thinking that I would come out with a potential option for a car and came out with a new car. The best thing? I felt absolutely positive I made the right decision! I genuinely love that the prices are non-negotiable. Then you know that you're getting the fairest price. I also love their CLEAR acronym. When I walked into the Toyota building, I was greeted by a Mati Fazel Rahim. He was really considerate, and made sure me and my family got a great service while we were there. During the process of looking for the car that we wanted outside the building, he told us all the pros and cons of each of the car that we looked at within the budget we had. It felt like a family, plus he was really funny, and professional. When me and my family decided on the car that we wanted to get, we went through the paper work process. During that time we faced some complications; however, thanks to Muhammad Khan, the manager, who sat down with us and helped resolve the complications; therefore, we were able to get the car we wanted! During the time I was at Toyota Beaverton, I saw everyone smiling and being really nice. They made me and my family feel welcomed, and glad to have purchased a car from a place that value their customer! More

He did not try to call me or change my mind, or try to stop me from leaving. He gave me my options and said “I’m not here to sell you a car. I’m here to help make sure you get exactly what you want.” After researching the model I was looking at in used vs. new, and dealership vs. private party.... I ended back at Beaverton Toyota with Kevin! I drove off in a new car, happy and excited about my future with my new Toyota. I can not recommend him enough. He is kind, understanding, and he laughed at all my jokes, which means he has an amazing sense of humor. Haha! But honestly, go see this guy. You will not be disappointed. From our first encounter to driving my new Toyota RAV4 off the lot, I could tell his intentions were genuine and authentic. He was not forceful, but instead very knowledgeable and helpful. After I test drove the car, he sent me a courtesy text the following day to let me know that the car I was interested in, was still on the lot. I went in a day after and test drove the car one more time with Tony (who was very enthusiastic). I didn't feel any pressure from David to buy the car, but instead made the decision to on my own. He was very organized with the paperwork and did a wonderful job explaining everything. A couple hours later, David reached out to check in and see how I was enjoying my car, he also followed up with me after I had the car for a couple days just to make sure I didn't have any questions. I will definitely be recommending him to anyone who is looking to purchase a car! More
