He answered all our questions, and when he didn't know the answer, he was able to quickly found someone who did. At closing we ran into some unexpected snags on my end with the car trade in. Kevin was very patient and professional throughout, although this likely kept him past his usual work hours I'm guessing. We also interacted with Biff Babineu who was professional and courteous. Biff was great about getting me the information I needed to compare trim models for the Rav4 hybrid. Its only been a couples days since I've had my new car, but so far I absolutely love it.
